01. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal. PayPal accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

02. How long does it take to open a new account?
From 0-12h after the order form is submitted.

03. Is it possible to upgrade or downgrade my account?
Yes, you can downgrade or upgrade your account at any time.
Any fees previously paid from the downgrade date will not be refunded.

04. How do I access the CPanel?
http://yourdomain.com/cpanel
Your ID and PASSWORD will be emailed to you after the account creation.

05. How do I access the Webmail?
http://yourdomain.com/webmail
Your ID and PASSWORD will be emailed to you after the account creation.

06. Can I setup Outlook to send and receive emails?
Yes. SMTP address is mail.yourdomain.com and POP3 is mail.yourdomain.com

07. Do you allow SPAM?
No. Your account will be deleted if you do SPAM.

08. Will you install my PHP scripts?
No. Please check the script instructions or tech support.

09. My accout was suspended. Why?
We can suspend or even delete your account if:
1) you do SPAM;
2) use of bad/malicious scripts that can take risk to the server security;
3) you do not pay your account.
